Custom development (paid)

Hi,
can you guys do custom development for JoomSimple Redirect? (paid)
I would like a version of this component/plugin with the ability to enable only for articles belonging to specific authors, not for all articles. For example, for all articles written by authors ID: X,Y,Z enable JoomSimple Redirect for articles written by all other authors do not enable JoomSimple Redirect.
If doable, how much would the development cost?
