Any suggestions for getting this to work with secured URLs(https) or dynamic URLs containing special characters such as "&", "?", "*", ";", "=" ?

How do I update the component and plugin? Just reinstall? Or do I have to uninstall the previous version and then install the new one?

I suppose it' better to remove and install new version. I'm not sure how Joomla will handle reinstall.
