Slideshow Height

The module takes the height of the longest content item in a slide even though the buttons are located directly below the actual items.
Can the height of the module adjust so that the space below lesser content items are not as large?
If not can you make the position of the buttons adjustable to either directly below the content or below the spacing of the lesser items for consistency?

So for example if I have a three line slide the buttons are the end of the three lines but if the next slide is a table the length of the three lines space is as long as the table.
