I have tried using the module on my new Joomla website however it displays the following:
Error 110: Connection timed out.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem on my website.
BTW Is port 10011, a TCP or UDP port? (or both?)

Well I asked my web server support section to open up the port 10011 and that problem is now sloved.
Now I get Flood ban everytime!
I've added my website's IP but it still gets banned!
I also tried it from another web server and it worked there.
Any ideas what can be wrong this time?

You should add your server's ip to teamspek server white list. If you already did this try to remove the server from ban list.

For everyone who has this problem.
Just start ur ts server with the "logquerycommands=1" and see what IP sends the request and add to whitelist.
This solved my problem.
