Error 520

Hey,

I am getting Error 520: invalid loginname or password.
Would you be able to tell me exactly which login details to use please?

You should try any user that have priveleges on the server.

Say UGN - great app, but I have the same problem. Invalid username or login error.

Username/password - I use the same as that which I use to connect to my rented TS server.
Query port is 10011. And I am one of the admin with all privileges on TS.

That port 10011 is open outbound - webhost did that. I have successfully used TSviewer and an TS3 script by my host - InstantTeamspeak - using nuke-evo, wordpress, Primetime portal for phpbb3 ....

I'm waiting on the guy that rents the TS server to tell me that he's sent the webhost IP addy to Instant for whitelisting.
And that they understand.

I guess the only thing left to do is to telnet the server to make sure that 10011 is the query port, or is there another reason ?

The first for you to do is to try connecting manually with telnet client to the same ip address, port, username and password. You can find some info on connecting to teamspeak 3 server with telnet here: http://segmentnext.com/2009/12/21/team-speak-3-server-guide

I have the same error. I also do not know what to put as Teamspeak username and teamspeak password. First of all my ts 3 server is public and secondly I can not leave the password field empty. What should I do to fix this error?
